Message	He has the right of way. You are lucky you didnt get a failure to yield ticket. Just hope he doesnt call one of those lawyers on daytime tv and sue. (Like mine did.) Good news is if you have insurance, they should take care of you. Bad News -- You'll have to pay for your Z if you had collision only insurance. And your rates will go up for the next 3 years.
